Hi there! I'm being very gently enabled, but I have a question that may or may not be obvious.

If a character dies in canon, can they be taken from the moment of their death? I assume the note about not remembering being taken refers to the means by which they're brought here, but dying certainly does give a (somewhat) reasonable explanation for why one might wake up in a different, more peaceful place, so I wanted to make sure.

It's also possible I'm completely overthinking it, and it's just not in the FAQ because it's that obvious, but anyway.
